Michael John Tomczak (born October 23, 1962) is a former collegiate and professional football player. Tomczak played quarterback for the Ohio State Buckeyes, and several NFL teams from 1985 through 1999, including the Chicago Bears, the Green Bay Packers, the Cleveland Browns, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was also the offensive coordinator for the Pittsburgh Power of the Arena Football League until 2014.  He now volunteers at YSU as an assistant coach.

Today, Mike is part owner of MRO Systems.  A company that is totally focused on helping customers reduce their downtime on machinery and equipment due to the search and procurement of small parts inventory. They also specialize in providing our customers with the highest quality products which are made to give the best results in the most difficult situations. Their philosophy is “The cost of the product is never as much as the cost of not having the product or having a product that does not perform”.

Mike also enjoys spending time with his charity, The Mike Tomczak Foundation, helping adults with autism.
